Etika Auction Services has been formed with the amalgamation of individuals with combined experiences of 10 years both at the High Court & Land Office as well as assignment cases (LACA).

The key personnel running Etika Auction Services are themselves property valuers, property managers as well as real estate consultants besides being licensed auctioneers. With a dedicated team of full time auction and marketing staff, we believe our approach would be a right platform to connect owners, property buyers and investors to invest in properties especially foreclosure based properties. Currently we have offices in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor.
